Cancellation & Refund Policy – Space Zone India

At Space Zone India, we value the commitment of students, institutions, and participants in our educational programs, events, and product purchases. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds will be processed.

By registering for our Services or purchasing our Products, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Conditions

  • All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official email address.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for approved refunds may take 7–14 business days.
  • Convenience charges, payment gateway charges, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation of Training Programs, Workshops & Courses

  • Before Program Start Date
    • Cancellation requests received at least 15 days before the scheduled program start date: 100% refund (excluding transaction charges).
    • Requests received 7–14 days before the program: 50% refund.
    • Requests received less than 7 days before the program: No refund.
  • After Program Commencement
    • No refund will be provided once the program, course, or workshop has started.
    • In certain cases, subject to availability, participants may be offered a rescheduling option to attend a future batch instead of a refund.

3. Event Participation (Launches, Competitions, Conferences)

  • Registration fees for events are generally non-refundable due to advance arrangements (venue, equipment, logistics).
  • If the participant is unable to attend, a request for transfer of registration to another eligible student may be considered (subject to approval).
  • If Space Zone India cancels or postpones an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A rescheduled event slot at no additional cost.

4. Product Purchases (Models, Kits, Merchandise)

  • Products once purchased cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Refunds/Replacement are only eligible in the following cases:
    • Defective or damaged product received (with product unboxing video).
    • Wrong item delivered (with product unboxing video).
  • The customer must notify us within 3 working days of delivery with proof (images/videos).
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If a registered participant does not attend the program/event without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

6. Program & Event Cancellations by Space Zone India

  • In rare cases, due to unforeseen technical, safety, or administrative reasons, we may cancel or reschedule programs/events.
  • In such cases, participants will receive:
    • A full refund of fees paid, OR
    • The option to attend the rescheduled program/event at no extra charge.

7. Force Majeure

  • Space Zone India shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, accidents, strikes, etc.).
  • In such cases, refunds may not be possible, but rescheduling or credit options may be offered.
